Established in December 2012 as a subsidiary of Jaysons Holdings, Jaysons Minerals was founded to pursue value-added opportunities in Sri Lanka's mineral sector — initially focused on titanium ore processing and facilitating compliant access to Sri Lanka's natural mineral deposits for international buyers.
In developing this opportunity, Jaysons Minerals built working relationships with companies across India, China, Australia, and the United States — all with a shared requirement for consistent, compliant access to Sri Lanka's mineral resources.
The company operates in full compliance with Sri Lanka's mineral export framework, conducting all trading activities through Lanka Mineral Sands Ltd — the sole government-owned and government-approved entity authorised to mine and trade Sri Lankan mineral sands. This regulatory structure gives international buyers the supply chain integrity, documentation compliance, and provenance traceability their regulated industries require.

Silica GroupRaw titanium-bearing ore supplied to processing partners in Asia and the United States for downstream titanium sponge and metal products, with full export documentation.
