Each development is personally overseen by the founding chairman, undertaken with carefully selected partners, and structured with long term capital preservation as its defining measure of success. Since 1991, I have had the opportunity to observe the Sri Lankan market through periods of expansion, disruption, and transformation. Over that time, buyer expectations have become more sophisticated, capital has become more selective, and the importance of trust has only grown. Through all of this, one principle has remained constant: lasting value is built through careful judgement, rigorous standards, and the discipline to reject what does not meet them.
