Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd is a real estate development and property investment company based in Sri Lanka, operating within the Jaysons Holdings Group a family owned conglomerate with close to five decades of active operational history across real estate, hospitality, quick commerce and manufacturing.

This is not a company built for volume. Each development is personally overseen by the founding chairman, undertaken with carefully selected partners, and structured with long term capital preservation as its defining measure of success. Our focus is a limited number of high conviction residential and land development opportunities across Sri Lanka, selected for their enduring appeal, strategic relevance, and capacity to retain value over time.

Enduring real estate value is not created through speed or scale, but through discipline, selectivity, and the willingness to think beyond the immediate cycle. In property, as in any serious long term business, the quality of an outcome is defined by the quality of the decisions behind it. That belief has shaped my approach to development in Sri Lanka for more than thirty years.

Since 1991, I have had the opportunity to observe the Sri Lankan market through periods of expansion, disruption, and transformation. Over that time, buyer expectations have become more sophisticated, capital has become more selective, and the importance of trust has only grown. Through all of this, one principle has remained constant: lasting value is built through careful judgement, rigorous standards, and the discipline to reject what does not meet them.
