One of Nuwara Eliya's most enduring boutique hotels, developed by Jaysons Holdings on land with origins dating to the colonial era. Built in the Tudor country manor tradition teak floors, hand crafted mahogany furniture, a 137 year old billiard table, and a prize winning botanical garden Glendower has operated continuously for over three decades. It overlooks the Nuwara Eliya Golf Course and remains one of the Hill Country's most recognised heritage hospitality properties.

Located at the heart of the Little England Cottages gated residential community at No. 80 Pedro Estate, Moon Plains, Pedro Barn is a boutique hotel developed by Jaysons Realty and operated by Jaysons Hotels. Integrated within a residential environment also developed by Jaysons Realty, the property serves as the hospitality centrepiece of the estate, offering nine guest rooms, a restaurant, a lounge bar, a sauna, a steam room, and fitness facilities for both overnight guests and the wider Little England community.
Moon Plains, Nuwara Eliya · Luxury Gated Residential Community · Completed
Sri Lanka's first and most recognised luxury gated residential community in the Hill Country. Developed on approximately eight acres adjacent to the Pedro Tea Estate, the community comprises individually designed cottages of 3,500 square feet each built across ground, first, and loft levels on plots of 18 to 22 perches. Architectural references span Tudor, Victorian, Georgian, Edwardian, and Cotswold styles, executed in coloured rock and wire cut brick with UPVC double glazed windows and underfloor heating. Designed, developed, landscaped, and managed directly by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd under BOI authorisation.
Mount Lavinia, Colombo · Beachfront Hospitality · Completed 2000
A landmark beachfront dining development on the Mount Lavinia shoreline the first of its kind in Sri Lanka at the time of its opening. The timber constructed restaurant seated over 200 guests and introduced a new standard for open air beachfront dining in the country. Now operating under new management as Shore by O, the development's legacy as a pioneer in Sri Lanka's hospitality landscape remains part of the Jaysons group history.
Mount Lavinia, Colombo · Residential Apartments · Completed 2018
A 23 unit residential apartment development in Mount Lavinia, designed in a colonial inspired architectural language. The development includes a gymnasium, rooftop pool, and landscaped gardens delivering an institutional standard of residential amenity to one of Colombo's most established coastal neighbourhoods. Developed and delivered by Jaysons Realty.

A 100,000 square foot engineered quartz countertop manufacturing facility developed in Badalgama through a joint venture between a Taiwanese partner and Jaysons Holdings. Jaysons Realty was responsible for partial construction and full project management of the facility. Today, QJ Quartzstone, part of the Jaysons group, manufactures premium quartz surfaces for both domestic and international markets.

A boutique luxury villa development on approximately two acres in Digana, Kandy one of Sri Lanka's most sought after highland residential addresses. The development comprises approximately ten villas of 3,000 square feet each, offering two to four bedroom configurations.
