The Jaysons Holdings Group maintains manufacturing and warehousing capabilities that support both its internal development operations and external commercial clients ensuring that quality, supply, and cost are managed with the same discipline applied across every other part of the business.
This vertical integration is not incidental it is deliberate. By controlling key elements of the supply chain, the group is able to deliver on the quality commitments made to residential development buyers, hospitality partners, and commercial clients without dependence on third party supply availability or pricing volatility.
The manufacturing and warehousing division encompasses two primary operations: Jaysons Warehousing (Pvt) Ltd, which provides storage and distribution services; and the group's strategic joint venture in engineered stone manufacturing, QJ Quartzstone (Pvt) Ltd.

Storage & Distribution
A joint venture between Queens Ceramic Inc. of Taiwan and Jaysons Holdings of Sri Lanka. Operating from a 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Badalgama, QJ Quartzstone produces premium engineered quartz slabs, kitchen countertops, and vanity tops for both local and international markets.
Jaysons Realty was responsible for partial construction and full project management of the facility demonstrating the group's capacity to deliver large format industrial projects to international joint venture standards.
