The group's hospitality portfolio centres on Hotel Glendower, one of Nuwara Eliya's most established heritage properties, and the Pedro Barn Hotel the hospitality anchor of the Little England Cottages estate at Moon Plains.
Both properties are owner operated, with direct management by the Jaysons Holdings team. This approach consistent since the founding of the group ensures that the standard of guest experience reflects the personal standards of the chairman, not the operational margins of a management contract.

Two owner operated boutique hospitality properties in Nuwara Eliya each developed and managed directly by Jaysons Holdings since opening.
01 — Hotel Glendower
One of Nuwara Eliya's most enduring boutique hotels built in the Tudor country manor tradition with teak floors, hand crafted mahogany furniture, a 137 year old billiard table, and a prize winning botanical garden. Glendower overlooks the Nuwara Eliya Golf Course and has operated continuously for over three decades.
02 — Pedro Barn Hotel
The hospitality centrepiece of the Little England Cottages estate at No. 80 Pedro Estate, Moon Plains offering nine rooms, a restaurant, lounge bar, sauna, steam room, and fitness facilities for both overnight guests and estate residents.

Jaysons Holdings has operated hospitality in Nuwara Eliya for over three decades. The group's properties are not managed under franchise or third- arty contract they are owner operated, with standards set and maintained personally by the founding chairman.
The Pedro Barn Hotel is not a standalone asset it is the hospitality heart of Little England Cottages, Sri Lanka's first and most recognised luxury gated residential community in the hill country. Developed across approximately eight acres adjacent to the Pedro Tea Estate, the community was designed, built, landscaped, and is managed entirely by Jaysons Realty.
The hotel serves both estate residents and guests providing the dining, leisure, and accommodation infrastructure that makes Little England a fully self contained living environment. This integration of hospitality with residential development is central to how Jaysons Holdings approaches every project.
